I am here again for another Monday motivation. I’m not saying you dance all day and escape your troubles. What I mean is you listen to upbeat music and let your body relax even for a few hours. Feel that excitement emanating from the song. Move your body rhythmically to the song.
That’s what I do when I am at my lowest point. I dance away my troubles. Believe me, all the tensions in your body will disappear. You’ll feel better afterwards and you’ll think better.
