Here’s another attempt on fifteen-minute Fiction Friday I’m joining in Instagram wherein you have to come up with 100 words (story or poem) from a photo prompt.
Here’s my take on it:
It was true after all. He’s staring at the lost city of a Royal Amazon tribe buried after a magnificent volcano erupted. Legend says there are treasures in that tomb you can’t even imagine exists.
Praying there’s no booby trap around the maze leading to the tomb, he studied the maze carefully.
He was going to be rich after this voyage. Add that he’s going to be famous. Will it be enough for his insatiable thirst for treasure hunting?
Satisfied with no pitfalls lying around, he started walking through the maze. He was suddenly swallowed by a chameleon-like dragon.
Thank you for reading. ❤️
Swallowed by a chameleon-like dragon. I hate when that happens.
